Saturday Snapshots! A Trip to Michigan!

This past week we visited my husband's family in Hastings, Michigan.  We usually make the trip there 3-4 times a year.  Summer is our favorite time.  Can you see why???

Third, the countdown has begun...  31 days until our students return to school for our first student day!  Can you believe it?  This summer is flying by!  I thought I would give you a little preview of my room - bare-to-the-bones!  This summer we had our carpet ripped out and tile put in its' place.  What do you think???  I know what I think.  I HAVE A TON TO GET FINISHED!

Fourth, the Mr. and I took Miss Kinley to an open session at our local Boys and Girls Club!  She ran around like a wild child.  I'm not sure who was more tired at the end, me or her.  WOW!

And Last, but not least...  We are having a cookout with friends today.  And I am making this DELICIOUS Salad... I'm telling you - YOU MUST TRY IT!
